Passing on experiences works best through an established, complete methodology. Every problem starts self-determined, to build or find a way to a good solution, often without the knowledge or the search of such complete methodology.
It is always good to know what you can and what you can not do. And when a system reaches its limits: demolish walls, build new paths and find new walls (if you need them).
I do not need to change the world with 60+. But there is an inner urge that shows me the way to it. Because I think it’s right, I need to do it, I have the skills, so I also have the duty.
